What you share
Our forms ask for contact details, project location and the services you are interested in. You can also provide a budget range, a message or a photograph of your outdoor space. Visit requests include a preferred day and time.
How we use it
We use this information to respond, understand the proposed scope, coordinate a visit and keep a record of the conversation. A visit request becomes an appointment only after our team confirms availability. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Where requests go
Requests are collected and stored by Netlify Forms, which sends notifications to our sales inbox at sales@decopatio.com. Our team uses these submissions and emails to respond to you. Please do not include financial account details, identification documents or other sensitive information.
Photographs
Only upload photographs you are entitled to share. Uploaded photographs are stored by Netlify and may be accessed through the file links included with a submission. Avoid including people, access codes or private documents. Project photographs are used to understand your space; a request is not permission to publish your photographs as marketing material.
Links and website measurements
Links to maps, Instagram, WhatsApp and other services open those services under their own privacy practices. The website's video is delivered by an external media host. We do not include form text, contact details or photographs in website measurement events.
Your questions
To ask about information you submitted, request a correction or ask for its deletion, contact sales@decopatio.com. Some project records may need to be kept for an existing service or business obligation.
